This is a developmental project for rehabilitating the beaches, regenerating parks and rejuvenating tourism in Tanjung Aru. The project is currently on hold, with a new concept and masterplan to be launched.

This project is the largest waterfront purpose-built convention, exhibition and entertainment facility in East Malaysia. It was officially completed in December 2019.
